146.2: the faint original random stippling had almost faded away after 1575. In the 1579 edition, it has been replaced by new stippling, applied in a horizontal manner.
146.3: between 1592 and 1595, most topographical names were re-engraved in a more elegant manner than before.
146.4: betwwn 1598 and 1601, the hatching along the coast lines and in lakes was extended from about 3 mm to about 6 mm. Some re-engraving of parts of the cartouche.
