States: 104.1 as described above;
104.2: between 1590 and 1592 extensive reworking of the upper left cartouche; the easiest change to detect is diagonal hachuring which was introduced on the outer circle left and right of the upper monster (lion's?) head.

Cartographic sources: Paul Fabritius (1519-1588) whose Moravia map appeared in 1569, reworked by Crato (Krafft) 1570 (Meurer p. 142-143), who sent this map to Ortelius in 1570, see Hessels nr. 30.
